Meet the team

Casa Alma is held by a small team of people who love what they do. We each bring our own craft to your stay, from the yoga mat to the kitchen table.

The experiences you take part in are led by local people who have honed their skill in this quiet corner of the Alentejo, and who will guide you through each one.

Myrna, yoga teacher & host

I gently guide you to honor your intuition and connect with your body. Every day is different, every body is different, and even within your body one side may feel different than the other. Expect a safe space to land and the time to follow whatever comes up. Support, empowerment and connection are at the heart of how I teach.

Ana, owner & cook

I cook the meals that bring everyone around the table. It starts with what the season gives us and what grows nearby, turned into food that nourishes you after a day of yoga, sea and rest. As the owner of Casa Alma, I look after the house so you can simply arrive and feel at home.
